Anaxomics participates in a multinational Research Consortium devoted to develop new therapies for Alzheimer's Disease (AD) by drug reprofiling.

Anaxomics has created the AD protein map, by compiling public and Anaxomics proprietary information about protein interactions.

By using novel mathematical algorythms, Anaxomics has identified 30 potential candidates. Of those, 18 compounds have been already identified in the literature or in the patents (data not fed into the TPMS analysis)

12 compounds can be considered potential candidates for drug reprofiling (reprofiled compounds with no previous prior art or IP protection related with AD disease).

Of those, 3 compounds show promising results in in vivo rat models.
The use of Therapeutic Performance Mapping System© allows Anaxomics customers to find new potential cures for Alzheimer Disease.
